Terms of Service
These terms apply when you visit themonelle.com or place an order with us. By using the store you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
1. Who you are buying from
Monelle is an independent online store selling self-care and home goods. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Orders and acceptance
- An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email.
- We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
- Please check your shipping address carefully — we ship to the address you enter and cannot reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
- Payment is taken at the time of purchase. We accept major cards, PayPal and buy-now-pay-later providers where shown at checkout.
- If a payment is reversed or fails a fraud check, we may cancel the order.
4. Shipping and delivery
Processing times, shipping options and delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays happen, especially in November and December.
5. Returns
Our 30-day return policy is described on the Shipping & Returns page. Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, as listed there.
6. Product descriptions
We describe every item as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Screens render colour differently, so a shade may look slightly different in person. If an item is materially different from its description, contact us and we will make it right.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this store — our name, logo, product photography, illustrations, copy and page design — belongs to Monelle and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the store, and not to use it for anything unlawful.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
